Where is my data stored? Only on your phone. There is no account and nothing is uploaded. See the privacy policy.
How do I restore my Premium subscription on a new phone? Open Settings in the app and tap “Restore purchases”. Use the same Apple ID you subscribed with.
How do I cancel my subscription? On your iPhone, open Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Aquarium Buddy Premium. You can also get there from Settings → “Manage subscription” in the app.
Will I lose my data if I get a new phone? No. Your tanks and tests are included in your iPhone’s iCloud Backup. When you set up a new iPhone from a backup or with Quick Start, they come along. Deleting the app deletes its data, so keep it installed if you want to keep your history. Premium members can also export every test as a CSV file.
Are the target ranges right for my fish? They are general starting points from the fishkeeping community. Every species is different, so you can change each range for each tank in the app’s settings.
